Dr. Jaclyn Shlisky is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with an office in the Boca Raton office of Therapeutic Oasis. Dr. Shlisky promotes an enriching, supportive and motivating therapeutic approach where her clients can learn adaptive strategies to manage challenges and work towards attaining self fulfillment in their lives. She holds a Doctorate degree in Psychology from St. John’s University. She is also a current adjunct professor at St. John’s University. Her primary specializations are in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, family counseling and psychological/educational assessment.
Dr. Jaclyn Shlisky has specializations in adolescents and adults with Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder as well as difficulties with stress management, life transitions such as relationship and career changes, low self esteem, parenting challenges and related life issues.
Dr. Jaclyn Shlisky also administers Psychological Evaluations which provide objective, empirical information regarding an individual’s cognitive and psychological functioning. This testing provides valid, objective information regarding an individual’s unique set of strengths and weaknesses.
