Payment for Services
Therapeutic Oasis accepts all major credit cards, checks, wire transfers and Zelle. Payment of fees for all services is expected in advance of each session. Full payments for DBT, groups and Individual Treatment Programs must be made before attending the first session. Refunds will not be made for groups, terminated programs or late cancelled sessions.
We require all clients to keep a credit card on file to cover late cancelled appointments and telehealth sessions. Unless prior payment has been made, credit cards on file will be charged out the morning of the scheduled appointment.
Therapeutic Oasis does not participate in any insurance plans. Clients with out-of-network coverage may be able to receive partial reimbursement. We can submit claims for out of network benefits on your behalf, or provide you with a monthly Superbill to submit to your insurance company.
We require 48 hours notice for all appointment cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to the full session fee. Appointments scheduled for Monday and Tuesday must be canceled by Friday at 12:00 p.m.

Standard nutrition follow up is 45 minutes. 30 and 60 minute sessions are also available at an adjusted rate.
6 months of group, includes 8 weeks of program support. Participants must also attend individual therapy with an Oasis DBT Therapist.

Current clients will be given a minimum of 4 weeks notice prior to any fee changes.
